More Stable More Able - Falls Prevention Program

Many falls are preventable, and we want to help you stay on your feet, living the life you want to live. Stay active, stay healthy, live stronger for longer.

The More Able More Stable course run by Nelson Bays Primary Health can provide you with helpful information and tips & techniques to reduce your risk of falls. In a free 2.5 hour session participants learn about the causes of falling, strength and balance exercises, ways to make your home safer, how to maintain bone strength and eating well to stay on your feet.

People who have attended the course have found it enormously helpful. One person stated: “I was so frightened after I fell and thought nothing could be done. How wrong I was! So glad I attended”.

We’ll be hosting More Able More Stable in our ACNT offices for these upcoming dates.
