🌟Thank you to everyone who bought their sparkle to our celebratory afternoon tea for International day of Older Persons 2025🌟

What a wonderful afternoon! Our 2025 International Day of Older Persons celebration truly lived up to its theme Bring Your Sparkle! Annesbrook Church was filled with laughter, music, and plenty of sparkle as 100 guests from across the region came together to celebrate.

Highlights included:

  • A vibrant live performance by Tamu Domoni, bringing an intergenerational energy that had everyone smiling and singing along.

  • Twirling and joyful performances from the Nelson and Richmond SpinPoi groups were a real crowd favourite!

  • Delicious food, warm conversation, and a wonderful sense of connection that reminded us why this day matters.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this such a special celebration of ageing well and community spirit. 💖
